As a Management Trainee at Army Navy Burger + Burrito, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our restaurant. You will assist in managing the front of house, including customer service, order taking, and billing. Additionally, you will help with inventory management, ensuring that our kitchen is well-stocked and that our customers receive the best possible experience.

• Assist in managing front-of-house operations, including customer service, order taking, and billing.
• Support inventory management, including stock taking, ordering, and monitoring food waste.
• Help with kitchen operations, including preparing food, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that our customers have a positive dining experience.
• Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to improve restaurant operations.
• Assist in preparing reports and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in company events and promotions to enhance the overall customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fresh graduate with a degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Square or Toast is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
