📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify, evaluate, and secure strategic partnerships for Max Auto Indonesia.
• Develop and implement partner acquisition strategies, including market research, outreach, and negotiation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential partners.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align partner acquisition efforts with overall business goals.
• Monitor and analyze partner performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in partner acquisition.
• Prepare and present regular reports on partner acquisition activities and performance.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of company-wide strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in partner acquisition, sales, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully identifying and securing strategic partnerships.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Familiarity with industry-specific tools and platforms.
