In this role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating design projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and creativity.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate landscape design projects from conception to completion, working closely with architects, interior designers, and clients.
• Develop detailed design plans and specifications using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
• Ensure all projects adhere to local regulations, environmental standards, and client requirements.
• Oversee the procurement and installation of materials and plants, ensuring high-quality finishes and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with landscaping contractors and suppliers to maintain project timelines and budgets.
• Conduct site inspections and provide guidance to ensure the successful execution of design plans.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in landscape design to enhance our projects.
• Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders, and provide expert advice on design options.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Environmental Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape design coordination, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proven experience working on luxury residential and hospitality projects in Bali.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
• Strong knowledge of local regulations and environmental standards in Bali.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Creative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
