PT Wardhana Giri is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring that all inventory is accurately tracked and managed. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, receiving, shipping, and storage.,Ensure that all inventory is accurately tracked and managed using our warehouse management system.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure that orders are fulfilled in a timely and accurate manner.,Maintain a safe and efficient warehouse environment by implementing and enforcing safety protocols.,Monitor warehouse space and storage capacity to ensure that we are able to meet the needs of our customers.,Work with the purchasing and logistics teams to ensure that we are able to source and distribute products in a cost-effective manner.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure that we are meeting our operational goals.,Train and mentor warehouse staff to ensure that they are able to perform their jobs effectively and efficiently.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in a warehouse or logistics environment.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with both team members and external stakeholders.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Valid driver's license and the ability to operate a forklift or other warehouse equipment.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
