📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Create and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and other technical products.
  • Collaborate with engineers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy.
  • Edit and proofread documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and correctness.
  • Develop and maintain style guides and templates for technical writing.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.
  • Provide training and support to other team members as needed.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that technical documentation meets business and user needs.
  • Participate in product development and improvement initiatives.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or Confluence.
  • Experience working with APIs, SDKs, or other technical documentation tools.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
