Agung Adi Health Center is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Production Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality standards are met, and managing a team of production staff. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the production process to ensure efficient and high-quality output.,Develop and implement production schedules and plans to meet company goals.,Monitor and maintain production equipment and machinery to prevent downtime.,Conduct quality control inspections to ensure products meet standards.,Train and develop production staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production operations.,Manage inventory levels to support production needs.,Address and resolve production issues and challenges promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing production teams and processes.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with production management software and tools.,Knowledge of quality control and safety standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
