📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the design and development of new metal products, from concept to production.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet quality, cost, and schedule requirements.,Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical recommendations for new product development.,Develop and maintain technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and manufacturing instructions.,Oversee the testing and validation of new products to ensure they meet performance and safety standards.,Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to drive innovation in product development.,Mentor and guide junior engineers and technicians in the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in new product development, preferably in the metal fabrication industry.,Strong knowledge of CAD/CAM software, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA.,Familiarity with metal fabrication processes, including welding, cutting, and forming.,Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
