📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day logistics operations and ensure that all logistics activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.,Manage a team of logistics professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure that they are performing their duties effectively.,Develop and implement logistics strategies and plans to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Monitor and evaluate logistics performance and make recommendations for improvement.,Ensure that all logistics activities are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure that logistics activities are aligned with business objectives.,Provide training and development opportunities to logistics team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of success in logistics management.,Familiarity with Indonesian laws and regulations related to logistics.
