National University Hospital is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive or Senior Assistant Manager to lead our Communications team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies to enhance our hospital's reputation and engagement with stakeholders. This is a 2-year contract position offering a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies to promote the hospital's mission, values, and services.,Manage and coordinate communication activities across various channels including social media, email, and traditional media.,Oversee the creation and distribution of newsletters, press releases, and other promotional materials.,Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other key stakeholders.,Monitor and analyze communication performance metrics to ensure effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.,Lead the Communications team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all hospital communications.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in healthcare communications.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in communications, preferably in a healthcare or corporate setting.,Proven track record of developing and implementing successful communication strategies.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Proficiency in using communication tools and software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and social media platforms.,Understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
