📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and train staff to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control inventory to ensure cost efficiency and quality.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Prepare and present financial reports to the management.,Plan and execute special events or promotions to increase revenue.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.,Proven track record of managing teams and improving operational efficiency.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.,Valid food safety and health certification.
