📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient performance.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and profitability.,Manage and mentor a team of remote employees, fostering a productive and collaborative work environment.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Collaborate with other branches and departments to achieve organizational goals.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all branch activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a remote or distributed team environment.,Proven experience in managing budgets and financial operations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using project management and communication tools.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business travel.
