📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Inspect incoming raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Conduct quality tests and assessments using industry-standard tools such as laboratory equipment and software like Minitab.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.
• Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Work closely with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Train and mentor junior staff on quality control processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Control, preferably in the consumer products industry.
• Certification in ISO 9001 or other relevant quality management systems is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and techniques.
• Proficiency in using quality control software such as Minitab or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
