📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure to ensure seamless connectivity and optimal performance.
  • Lead and mentor junior network engineers, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop their skills.
  • Monitor network performance and proactively identify and resolve any issues to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective network solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging networking technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and improve network efficiency.
  • Develop and implement network security measures to protect against cyber threats and ensure data integrity.
  • Work closely with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of network services and support.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for network configurations, procedures, and policies.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Network Engineer or in a similar role, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
  • Hands-on experience with network hardware and software, such as routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation tools, such as Python, Perl, or Bash.
  • Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE are a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
