📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the overall management and operation of the hotel, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.,Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability.,Manage and mentor a team of managers and supervisors to ensure operational excellence.,Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and local authorities.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, preparing reports for the board of directors.,Implement and manage marketing strategies to attract and retain guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in hotel management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.,Proven track record of successfully managing and growing hotel operations.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and local language is a plus.,Familiarity with hotel management software and systems is desirable.
