The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing and executing banquet events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet the expectations of our clients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize banquet events, including coordinating with vendors and staff.,Ensure the banquet venue is set up according to the event requirements.,Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing excellent customer service.,Oversee the flow of the event, including seating arrangements and timing.,Manage food and beverage services, ensuring all items are served promptly and correctly.,Handle any issues or concerns that arise during the event.,Assist with post-event cleanup and follow-up with clients for feedback.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in event planning or banquet services.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with event planning software and tools.,Knowledge of food and beverage services is a plus.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.,Willingness to work hybrid (on-site and remote) schedule.
