Coinbase is seeking a talented and experienced Group Product Manager to join our Compliance team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the product strategy and execution for our Compliance Agent Experience. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment and make a significant impact on the company's compliance operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the product strategy and execution for the Compliance Agent Experience, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new features and products that enhance the Compliance Agent Experience.,Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.,Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the Compliance Agent Experience.,Work closely with the Compliance team to ensure that the product meets all regulatory and compliance requirements.,Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the Compliance team.,Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.,Represent the Compliance team at internal and external events, speaking on behalf of the team and sharing insights and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or a similar role in the financial services industry.,Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements, particularly in the financial services industry.,Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.,Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.,Familiarity with financial services products and technologies is a plus.
