📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.,Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making processes.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.,Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement financial strategies.,Monitor cash flow and budget adherence to ensure financial targets are met.,Provide financial advice and support to senior management.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.,Participate in financial audits and reviews as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using financial software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and practices.
