📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the distribution process, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating with drivers and delivery personnel.
  • Ensure that products are delivered to customers on time and in good condition.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure that stock is replenished as needed.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to distribution.
  • Maintain accurate records of all distribution activities.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that distribution activities are aligned with overall business goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in logistics and distribution.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the logistics or distribution industry.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
