📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Sous Chef in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes,Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation,Assist in the management of kitchen inventory and purchasing,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Train and mentor junior staff members,Participate in menu planning and development,Assist in the organization and execution of special events and promotions,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Excellent communication and teamwork skills,Familiarity with local and international cuisine,Ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks simultaneously,Valid food safety and hygiene certifications,Fluency in Indonesian language is a plus
