📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage a specific section within the company, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency within the section.,Lead and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all aspects of the company's operations are running effectively.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of the section, providing regular reports to senior management.,Ensure that all policies and procedures within the section are in compliance with company policies and regulations.,Identify and address any issues or challenges that arise within the section, working to find effective solutions.,Represent the company at internal and external meetings and events, as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in business administration, human resources, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR-related software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
