📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop the sales team, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure they meet their targets and deliver exceptional customer service.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve company goals.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular feedback and support to the team.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to network and promote our products/services.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure a coordinated and cohesive sales approach.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or sales management role.,Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and revenue growth.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
