Oversee day-to-day operations of the department,Develop and implement departmental strategies and goals,Manage and mentor a team of employees,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Coordinate with other departments to achieve organizational objectives,Handle departmental budget and financial planning,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment,Represent the department in meetings and events

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role,Strong organizational and time management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using office software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proven track record of success in a similar role,Familiarity with HR practices and procedures
