📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and execute civil engineering projects from initial consultation to final delivery.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide technical solutions.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Identify sales opportunities and negotiate contracts.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical advice.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering projects.
- Proven sales experience in the construction or metal products industry.
- Strong technical skills in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software.
- Proficiency in Indonesian and English (both written and spoken).
- Valid professional engineer license (optional but preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
