📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales tracking.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales and promote our products.,Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and provide feedback to improve service quality.,Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the outlet to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.,Assist in training and developing sales staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Collaborate with the Outlet Manager to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Participate in inventory management and ensure adequate stock levels to meet customer demand.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive reputation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including sales, marketing, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale (POS) systems.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
