📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for dental staff.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills of dental professionals.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback for improvement.,Maintain records of training activities and participant progress.,Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to design and deliver training materials.,Support the Head of Learning Development in achieving the department's learning and development goals.,Assist in the recruitment and selection process for new dental staff.,Provide guidance and mentorship to junior dental professionals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Dentistry, Dental Hygiene, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental clinic or related setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with dental software and technology.,Proven track record of providing excellent customer service.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid dental license and certification.
