📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist in the planning, design, and implementation of civil engineering projects for palm oil plantations.
- Use AutoCAD and Civil 3D to create detailed engineering drawings and plans.
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical advice to field teams.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and industry standards.
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely project completion.
- Assist in the preparation of technical reports and documentation.
- Participate in safety meetings and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Support the team in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in agricultural or plantation projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
- Understanding of environmental regulations and sustainability practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
