📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and organizing banquet events, including coordinating with vendors and guests.,Prepare event materials such as invitations, menus, and schedules.,Assist in setting up and breaking down event venues.,Provide excellent customer service to guests and vendors.,Ensure all events run smoothly and according to the planned schedule.,Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages during events.,Maintain a clean and organized work area.,Assist in the preparation of event reports and follow-up with clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with event management software is a plus.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.,Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
