📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the development and implementation of a robust Quality Management System (QMS) across our APAC manufacturing sites.
• Oversee the execution of quality control processes, ensuring adherence to international standards like ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and IATF 16949.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate quality risks, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage and mentor a team of quality assurance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Leverage industry-leading tools such as SAP QM, JIRA, and Confluence to streamline quality control processes and enhance data-driven decision-making.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies to uphold our commitment to quality.
• Monitor and analyze quality metrics, providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role within the Quality Assurance field, with a strong background in electronics manufacturing.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Certifications in ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, ISO 13485 Lead Auditor, or IATF 16949 Auditor are highly desirable.
• Extensive knowledge of industry-leading quality control tools and software, including SAP QM, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a high-performing team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
