📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Execute trades on behalf of clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage client relationships, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Monitor market conditions and identify opportunities for profitable trades.
  • Prepare and present market analysis and research to clients and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of trading strategies.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior dealers.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the Capital Markets division.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Capital Markets, with a strong background in dealing and trading.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial markets, including equities, fixed income, and derivatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
  • Experience with trading platforms and systems is a plus.
