As a Market & Tender Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing the tender process, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. You will work closely with our sales and business development teams to ensure that our company's products and services meet the needs of our customers.

• Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to drive business growth.
• Manage the tender process, from initial proposal to contract execution.
• Identify and pursue new market opportunities, both domestically and internationally.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, international B2B partners, and industry influencers.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports on market performance and tender outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our company's products and services meet the needs of our customers.
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and maintain our company's reputation for excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in market development and tender management.
• Strong understanding of government procurement processes and regulations.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and securing new business opportunities.
• Fluency in English is a plus, but not required.
