📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain the stability and performance of business-critical applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
Provide technical support to end-users, ensuring they can access and use applications effectively.
Work with the IT team to implement and maintain security protocols and procedures.
Document and maintain comprehensive records of application performance and issues.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in IT application support.
Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 coverage of critical applications.
Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and interoperability of applications.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT application support, preferably in a business-critical environment.
Proficient in using ITIL frameworks for IT service management.
Experience with business-critical applications such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Strong knowledge of network security and air-gapped network environments.
Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
