📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the importation process from start to finish, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and deadlines.
• Prepare and process shipping documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading, using industry-standard software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and shipping lines to resolve any issues or delays in the import process.
• Maintain accurate records of all import transactions and ensure compliance with customs and trade regulations.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in international trade laws and regulations, and provide training to team members as needed.
• Assist in the development and implementation of importation procedures and policies to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Monitor and report on import costs, including duties, taxes, and freight charges, to ensure budget compliance.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all import-related inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding, shipping documentation, or customs compliance.
• Proven expertise in using shipping documentation software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of international trade laws, regulations, and customs procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
