📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive data governance frameworks to ensure the integrity, security, and compliance of health data.
• Establish policies and procedures for data management, including data quality, data security, and data lifecycle management.
• Monitor and enforce data governance policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, data analysts, and IT teams to identify and address data governance challenges.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on data governance best practices and compliance requirements.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of data governance initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in data governance and compliance.
• Report on data governance metrics and KPIs to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data governance, data management, or a similar role.
• Certification in data governance (e.g., CDGO, CIPP/E, CIPM) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for health data, including HIPAA, GDPR, and local regulations.
• Proficient in data governance tools and software, such as Collibra, Informatica, or Alation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address data governance challenges.
• Ability to travel for business purposes as needed.
